We use various music notation software for composition purposes. We work on an Apple Mac and have a NORD stage digital piano available for students to use for their compositions. GCSE music students are welcome to use the music editing software during the week in order to complete their coursework.

We run a yearly 'Composition Competition' using MuseScore, a free music notation program. The best compositions will be played at our Summer Showcase in June 2012.
